Due to the nature of the products - beauty and personal care, we cannot accept returns.
Refunds can be processed for products that were received in damaged form - However, it is our preference to exchange damaged products immediately when reported (see below). Damaged products must be reported upon receipt via email: email@example.com. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Report damages when you receive your order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details.
Please do not ship any products back to us. As noted above, we do not accept returns.
